Marina for Sale - Only $12 Million

I just got a piece of mail offering me the opportunity to buy a marina on 55 acres in Seneca Illinois. I don't have $12 Million laying around, so I thought I would share the offer with you:

The property is called Hidden Cove Marina of the Seneca Yacht Club and is located about an hour outside of Chicago.

If you're interested in a marina with 150 slips on the Illinois River, please contact Don Stump at 708-380-1881 or donstump@comcast.net.
