Also happening in Florida this weekend is the Emerald Coast Boat Show, today through Sunday the 30th at the Emerald Coast Convention Center in Ft. Walton Beach.

Up the coast a bit, in New York, it's the Tobay Beach In-Water Boat Show. Unfortunately this Long Island event was RAINED OUT FRIDAY, but it is expected to resume on Saturday, September 29th.

There are a few shows going on outside of the US this weekend.

If you are lucky enough to be in New Zealand this weekend, check out the Auckland On Water Boat Show. The venue was developed to serve as the base for the 2000 and 2003 America's Cups, and you'll see more than 200 exhibitors.

Today through Wednesday, October 3rd, it's the São Paulo Boat Show 2012 at the Transamerica Expo Center, São Paulo, Brazil.

And in Spain, the Salón Náutico Internacional de Barcelona has been going on since Wednesday the 26th. You can check out the Barcelona boat show through Sunday, September 30th, at Recinto Port Vell.
