A post about this would be nice.

Sure, they indicate intersecting channels, but what is the difference between a triangular RG and a square RG daymark?

A recent trip down the S. Edisto river caused concern when I encountered a triangular Red/Green. I'm currently going South on the ICW so I have Red to Starboard on the ICW. The triangular R/G is not an ICW marker and lies dead center of the river. Which side to I go?

It would pass on my Port side if I stay on the ICW so I know the ICW side must be green. That makes the Edisto River side Red. Going down stream in the Edisto river Red is Left Leaving so I left it to Port. It is triangular since it is an Edisto River mark and not an ICW mark. Had it been a shared mark it would have been a Red/Green square if placed just slightly farther upstream.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-30609206.post-71897561327483104842012-10-11T17:53:43.171-04:002012-10-11T17:53:43.171-04:00As someone who has corralled a boat after it eject...As someone who has corralled a boat after it ejected its operator I can attest that approaching a runaway, unoccupied and out of control boat is a very difficult and highly dangerous maneuver. It was NOT a problem with the foot pump and I've also talked to a couple readers who have had them on hand pumps. They have also said that it's not a problem with their hand pumps. I have been a french press guy for years and sometimes they can be hard to press. I found the AeroPress compressed with relatively little pressure. If the rubber part of the press is moist, it glides pretty effortlessly. Plus, once a bit of pressure is built up in the chamber the coffee flows easily thru the filter. Unlike a french press, you have gravity on your side. -MarkUnknownhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01876601026946974379noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-30609206.post-33538557987795183592012-08-02T14:09:23.023-04:002012-08-02T14:09:23.023-04:00Sounds good. Today is July 10th and the claim and repairs have not been completed. I keep getting "oh, the adjuster hasn't yet finished his report" and other constant excuses. Boat US was the least expensive of all other quotes and I figured since their business revolves around boats, they would be quick and efficient. ABSOLUTELY not the case. They are all on boat time and we have lost 9 of our 20 weeks of boating here because of seasonality. If you want quick service, go somewhere else.
